Chasing Slow - An Invitation to Flow Into The New Year.

This year I'm not in pursuit of anything other than what feels like peace and complete alignment to my system. And from all the conversations I'm having with women everywhere, you're feeling the same.

My intention going into 2023 is to feel and experience more PEACE, JOY, GRACE, EASE & FULFILLMENT. Then to set goals that align and support how I want to FEEL. Then choose actions that align with my goals. Operating in this way has brought not only success but a beautiful harmony to my life. I teach this intentional goal setting process to my clients and on January 29, I'm bringing it to you!

For this event you'll need to bring:

A yoga mat, your fave cozy blanket or meditation pillow. We're getting cozy together and will be seated on the floor. A journal & something to write with. Yourself of course. And maybe a friend or a woman you love that you want to see ease her way to her goals this year.

Ladies, I'm here to not only to tell you, but show you that you can create a life you absolutely love AND you don't have to sacrifice your sanity, your peace, your health, your relationships or anything else in your life in order to create it. You CAN have it all. But first you need to get clear on what it is you actually want. I know we all want more tranquility and an overall sense of unity in our lives. So let's start there and Chase A Slower and more fulfilling year.
